The site is located in the peripheral residential part of Lviv. Based on the Customer's intentions and Urban Planning Conditions, the site is accepted for the design of a ten-storey residential building.
In the basement floors there is a two-level parking lot for the residents of the building. A covered ramp is used to enter the parking lot. The parking lot is equipped with a device for water drainage for comfortable operation in winter, in conditions of melting precipitation. Taking into account the geological peculiarities of the built-up area, the underground floors are equipped with a pumping station for constant water pumping. This is due to the fact that groundwater lies at a depth of 2.5-3.5 meters from the surface, so to reduce the water level requires appropriate engineering solutions, which was implemented in this project.
The first floor is intended for commercial premises with separate entrances, also on the first floor there is a bright and transparent lobby. There are ramps with a standard slope on the porches for the use of low mobility groups.
Above are 9 residential floors, apartments are located on the top two floors - duplex in which spacious terraces are provided.
Structurally, the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with a beamless monolithic slab. The building foundations and frame elements are reinforced concrete monolith. The frame is brick-filled, the house is insulated with mineral wool on the outside and finished with plaster. Interior partitions inside the apartments are made of lightweight concrete. The openings are filled with aluminum and metal-plastic windows with double-glazed windows protected with energy-saving coating.
