The rooms are "strung" on a central gallery from the main entrance to the exit to the courtyard.
The entrance hall, studio, open seating area, master bedroom, children's room and toilet are located on the ground floor, while all technical rooms were moved to the basement.
The entrance hall of the house is completely transparent, the studio is separated from the entrance hall by an internal marble wall with built-in storage systems that hides the studio from the street view. The master bedroom unit consists of a bedroom with a view of the Alps, a dressing room and a private bathroom. The western part of the building houses a children's room and an outdoor recreation area.
The villa is surrounded by private buildings. On the north-eastern side of the plot, the majestic Alps are clearly visible, which was taken into account when designing the layout of the villa. On the south-west side is the street from which the main entrance to the house and the entrance to the parking lot were organized, which are separated on different sides of the plot to separate the recreational and pedestrian part of the plot from the entrance for cars.
The house is placed in the center of the plot and is surrounded by a gallery for walking in the garden that is placed around the villa. In the central part of the building, on the northeast side, there is a spacious patio with views of the Alps and direct access to it from the living room.
